Do I need to take out insurance?
All stored items are the responsibility of the customer and our advice would be to add this to their own private household policy.
How can I pay for my storage unit?
Standing order payment would be preferred. We also have direct debit or bank transfer.
Will padlocks be supplied?
Customers are welcome to buy our padlocks that are suited best for the containers or use their own if they prefer.
What is the notice period for cancelling the lease?
Termination of the containers would be 14 days’ notice.
